My son, Matthew has autism. When Matthew met Allie for the first time he instantly accepted her as a person he could trust and feel comfortable with, he even let her hug him. "Hug him," if you know autism - this in itself is an action that speaks louder than words.
My granddaughter had the opportunity to spend a day in Allies program as well, she enjoyed the experience so much she didn't want to leave. She loved the new friends she met, and the fun she had that day, especially acting out and singing "The Wheels On The Bus".
A visit to her home and you can see that Allie provides a loving and caring home. She is a qualified caregiver who provides excellent programs that prepare children for the next phase in their lives. She invites young children to explore and learn in a fun, safe and engaging environment. Providing balanced and nutritious meals, and snacks is a way of life for her and her family everyday.
I know that as a parent you can feel confident that your child is getting a solid foundation of social, emotional and academic learning in a positive and healthy environment.
